When Luck Hits You It Could Save Your Life

A man name Vladimir Rasimov was taking a short cut home after going out with some friends in a bar. He was a Russian man that fell asleep between train tracks and didn’t wake up when a 140-tonne cargo train passed over him. The train driver saw him on the line and braked. And when rescuers tried to pull the drunken man from under the carriages the man was still sleeping but the rescuers failed and the train had to go over him to free him. The train driver Vladimir Slabiy said: "I saw a man lying between the tracks and tried to stop, but it was too late. The train went right over him and I thought he must have been killed” but little did he know that Vladmir was just sleeping. He continues saying "If he had woken up from the noise of the train he would have lifted his head and been hit by the undercarriage and that would have been the end of him. It was lucky he was so drunk."

Tattoo Shows An Unsolved Crime

There was an unsloved crime that happen in a Liquor Store in 2004, in which 23 year old John Juarez was shot outside of the Liquor and died. This case was never sloved, until Kevin Lloyod, a homocide investigator with the LA County Sheriff office was looking threw poctures of tattoed gang members. When he came across Garcia, which had recently been picked up on a routine traffic stop but was realeased, well Kevin Lloyd got aware of the tatto that Garcia had on his chest. He began investigating, and found out that that tatto was basicly a map of what had happen in the unsolved murder. In the tatto it shows the persons that got murdered as peanuts, it has the lay out of the Liquor store in the back ground. So later on they proved that Garcia was guilty and he was arrested. Many were in shock of how he could of just tattoed it on him it was something rare, but at the end justice was made. The gang he was in was called Rivera.

Inmate Demands for Sex Change

So basicly, a man/woman that is a murderer is suing California, demanding the state to pay for her sex change operation and move her to a safer women's prison. Lyralisa Stevens has live as a femalewith sex hormnes since 2003, when she began a 50 year-to-life sentence for shooting a women over a arguement over clothing. Officials say that they are not responsible for any operations like that. She has had silicone injections on her hips and breasts. Steven says "The male inmate is not expecting to see breasts in the shower next to him,"
   When a study was made they found out that California prisons house some 300 imates with gender identity disorder. Imates like this are 13 times more likely to be sexually assaulted in prison. In 1999 court ruled that prisons had to continueto provide hormone therapy to imates that were already taking hormones when they arrived at a cost of some $1000 for each prisoner. Now, for a sex change operation is much more money, it could cost as much as $50,000.

Opinion: I definetly don't think they shoould allow this to happen. She should of thought about what it would be like in a male prison as a transgender person before murdering a woman over clothing.  Shes grown enough to mknow the consiquences, there should be no pitty.

Rape of 11yr Old

   An 11yr old girl was walking to her house from school, when she was lured by an oldergirl into a park bathrom and was attacted there by seven teenage boys. Police have said that these teens are members of a new gang called the South Side Mafia. This alll happen in Moreno Valley. Four of the teens ranges from age 15 to 17 and have been charged in jovenile court, but Prosecutors are fighting to move these cases to adult court. The other two boys and older girl have not been charged as adults. The man that was the only adult charged in the gang rape of the 11yr old girl pleads not guilty to multiple counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, kidnapping to commit rape and engaging in criminal street gang activity. Also, Michael Devon Sykes that is 19 denies anything rhat will longer his time in prison.

Opinion: Wow, I can't belive how human beings could do such thing. I wana really whant to know what leads this people to do such thing to some one so innocent. What really drives them to do it, I do know some facts but what satifaction do they get from it? how do they feel after words when they see that innocent body laying there? do they have any sorrow later on? Could they realy change because I don't belive they can. I don't have the answer obviously, but it angers me and disgusts me.

Man Accused in Fatal Freeway Attack

On April 22nd 2011 on May 23 trial date was confirmed for a Capton Man who had killed two men in a vehicle-to-vehicle shooting in the (91) freeway in Riverside. Few days later he had wounded two teenagers in an attack in east Riverside. Jawann Deion Graham of 35 years iold is being obtain without bail at the Robert Presley Detention Center in Riverside.
    Investigators say that on Jan 22,2006 Graham was driving with his girfriend when he started shooting at another vehicle with a 30-caliber rifle. He shot six rounds into the car that had four men. Two of the men- Manuel Gomez 24 of Anaheim and Joel Rios, 26 of Moreno Valley died and the other was hit but survived. On jan 30, 2006 Garham got into a verbal confrontation with three teens that I guess got Garham mad because they were staring at his girlfriend. Then, Garham grabbed his rifle and began shooting at the teens. One got strucked in the buttocks and another in the back.

Opinion: I do think this guy has extremly violence disorder like anger problems, also some screw up childhood some low self esteem aswell. He should be put in jail for his actions, because obviously he wount stop.
